(Updated .)My 2.5-year old son was diagnosed with celiac disease 10 months ago. He’s anemic and taking a liquid iron supplement. I’ve seen virtually no improvement in the last three months. He’s exhausted frequently and has diarrhea everyday. Do you have any thoughts or suggestions?
Have his gluten-free diet carefully checked by an experienced dietitian, and also have his tTG and DGP levels checked again; chances are he is still ingesting gluten.
