Slowly working your way into an exercise routine is important to prevent injury and manage fatigue. Walking on a treadmill or outside at least 30 minutes 3-5 days per week is a good start. Don’t worry if you’re not fully exerting yourself in the beginning, start slowly and work up to it. June, 2017
