Do I need to remove melamine, Teflon and Texas Ware pans from my kitchen?

Gluten can get trapped in any deep scratches in pans. If you use pans for both gluten and gluten-free cooking then you should consider replacing them or having a pan for each type of food. In addition, stainless steel is fine for cooking. If you have older sheet pans and you’re unsure about using them, we recommend using aluminum foil or parchment paper on top of the baking sheet to avoid the risk of cross-contamination. July, 2015
